Agreement to Terms

By using the services of RockPack Diamond Bar Tree Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all work we perform, including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and all other services we offer. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please let us know before we start any work.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services throughout Diamond Bar, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming.

All work is performed by trained professionals using proper equipment and safety protocols. We'll discuss the scope of work with you before starting any project and provide you with a clear estimate.

Your Responsibilities

When you hire us, you're responsible for a few important things. You need to provide accurate information about your property and any trees that need service. You should let us know about any underground utilities, property lines, or structures near the work area.

You're also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by your local government. We can advise you on what permits might be needed, but securing them is your responsibility. You must ensure we have clear access to the work area and that pets and people stay at a safe distance during the work.

Payment Terms

We'll provide you with a written estimate before starting work. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've arranged different terms with you. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all our crew members. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, tree work involves some inherent risks.

We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that aren't properly marked, damage to lawns from heavy equipment (which we'll discuss with you beforehand), or pre-existing damage to trees or property. We'll work with you to minimize any impact on your property.

Emergency Services

For emergency tree services, we'll respond as quickly as possible based on weather conditions and crew availability. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature of the work and potential after-hours response. We'll always inform you of the cost before beginning emergency work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 7 days of completion. We'll work with you to address any concerns and make things right.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes to these terms.
